I enjoyed reading your posts and I enjoyed meeting you in Sedona during my yoga teacher training. Your work in general is a seamless connection between body, soul, and energy. I never quite understood the connection between physical anatomy and energy until you explained it. And then I experienced it in session with you and found the connection to be very real and very transformational, really bringing the concept of sacred anatomy to life for me.
