Jeff...nobody brings home this point better than you. I enjoyed reading your posts and I enjoyed meeting you in Sedona during my yoga teacher training. Your work in general is a seamless connection between body, soul, and energy. I never quite understood the connection between physical anatomy and energy until you explained it. And then I experienced it in session with you and found the connection to be very real and very transformational, really bringing the concept of sacred anatomy to life for me. I continue to remember my time in Sedona at 7 Centers and the important part you played in it. Keep in touch...namaste.

Thanks for this beautiful post on writing, and on the 'wild resiliency' required to 'find success' in today's market, in one's heart. Reminds me of this quote I came across recently:

"This manuscript of yours that has just come back from another editor is a precious package. Don't consider it rejected. Consider that you've addressed it 'to the editor who can appreciate my work' and it has simply come back stamped 'not at this address'" Barbara Kingsolver, Best-selling author of The Poisonwood Bible

Very interesting. I learn more and more reading this blog. I should have a Spiritual Cartography reading done sometime. I'd be curious to find out what it says. The last time I had my fortune told it said I'd be dead before I turned 25. Obviously that didn't happen since I'm turning 34 on Tuesday.

Anyway, keep up the informative posts. I really enjoy reading them and learning more.

Just like no man is an island, no one individual is alone when it comes to influencing the environment. Each person creates a ripple effect which affects all of us. When one person takes the time to help the environment, to do their part to recycle, use less gas, save energy it not only affects themselves but others around them and future generations to come.

So, what I'm saying is. If everyone did their part, things would be awesome. But, since they don't, just keep trying. Every little bit helps and makes a difference.
